Neo Car+: Buy New & Used Cars App (under the brand name “Car Plus” App shall hereinafter, to be referred as “Neo Car+: Buy New & Used Cars App”) or ‘App’ and the users who have downloaded this app on Android platform and are using the app shall be referred to as ‘User’ for all legal, operational and other purposes. We may collect information from you in order to provide better service and a better user experience. Your privacy is a top priority to us, Privacy statement explained in this Privacy Policy applies to Car Plus`s Application and its products.

This App is offered to the users and is conditioned on user’s acceptance of the terms and conditions & privacy policy, as updated from time to time on the App. The user’s acceptance shall be deemed from the date and time the user downloads this App and starts using it.
DISCLAIMER: - We don't have any collaboration with any state RTO authority. All vehicle information displayed in the app is publicly available on the Parivahan website. We are simply working as a mediator to make this information easily accessible to users via the mobile app.
THE PERMISSION`S WE ASK & DATA WE COLLECT: -
Approximate/Exact Location (network-based): - This permission is used to identify installed apps by anonymous surrounding users, to recommend popular apps and to display your location on a map based on users’ location. This information is untraceable and is being used for app functionality to find nearby petrol pumps with the help of Google Map API.
Find accounts on the devices: - Car Plus does not recognize or save your account information for any programs. We only detect whether users have a Google account linked with the device which helps us confirm the state of Google Service and provide users with appropriate application download and update methods and also, we let them use our app if they own a google account to make the smoother login process instead of messy login.
Change network connectivity This permission is used in settings and notification toolbar, in order to change and check network connectivity.
Connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi This permission is used in settings and notification toolbar in order to connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi.
Full network access This permission is used to access the device’s network for certain functions including receiving launcher update notifications.
View network connections This permission is used in settings and notification toolbar, in order to view network connections.
View Wi-Fi connections This permission is used in settings and notification toolbar, in order to view Wi-Fi connections.

5. DISCLAIMER FOR VEHICLE DATA INFORMATION: -
Our Platform does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the accuracy and correctness of information about details of vehicles provided by Government Parivahan Service. In case of any inaccurate information about vehicle details uploaded by Government Parivahan Service and the same inaccurate information is extracted by the User from Car Plus, no claim whatsoever shall lie against Car Plus in such a situation. Our Service is made available for only permitted and legal use of the information and details so extracted. Any illegal or unauthorised use of this information shall be solely attributable to the User and Car Plus cannot be made liable for such illegal and unauthorized use of the information by the User.
6. SUMMARY PERSONALIZE OUR ADVERTISING & COMMUNICATIONS: -
We process information about your device, IP address and location to provide, improve, analyse and personalize the Services for you. We have enhanced our privacy centre to provide you with more ability to access and control your data. Subject to obtaining your prior consent, we may provide your information to third parties (such as Google and other advertising networks or any other Third-Party Network) to serve more relevant advertisements or special offers and promotions, analytics to you."
